Pricing & Availability

All pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only once an invoice is issued and payment is received.

 

Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to supplier issues, artwork approvals, production volume, or courier delays.

 

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork. Written proof approval is required prior to production. Approved proofs release Chewy Apparel from responsibility for errors.

 

Customer-Supplied Garments

Customer-provided garments are decorated strictly at the client’s own risk. Chewy Apparel is not responsible for damage, misprints, shrinkage, dye migration, or unexpected results. No replacements or refunds will be issued for client-owned items.

 

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply to screen printing, embroidery, and specialty decoration services.

 

Colour Matching

Pantone colour matching is performed to the closest possible match. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed due to fabric absorption and production limitations.

 

Spoilage Allowance

Industry-standard spoilage of 2–3% may occur. Spoilage on customer-supplied garments is not reimbursed. Shop-supplied garments may be replaced or credited at our discretion.

 

Restocking & Cancellations

Cancelled orders may be subject to restocking fees if materials have already been purchased. Special-order items may be non-returnable.

Custom Orders – Final Sale

All custom-decorated items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once production begins.

 

Shipping & Courier Responsibility

Chewy Apparel is not responsible for courier delays, lost or stolen packages, or customs delays once orders have shipped.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chewy Apparel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, product variations, client-supplied garments, artwork errors, or shipping delays.
